Uncover The History of Pasta

Since we were little, our mom already introduce to us about pasta like how to eat it also how to cook it. One of the best homemade dish that our beloved mom made for us is pasta. I would totally agree that pasta generally are the simplest dish ever. Now let's us discover where pasta were came from, who are the invented and when it was found ?


     


How about we start with know what meaning of pasta it is. What does PASTA means ? Definition pf pasta is any of various flour-and-egg food preparations of Italian origin, made of thin, unleavened dough and produced in a variety of forms, usually served with a sauce and sometimes stuffed.





As we truly know that pasta are famously known from Italy. Basically most theories said that place of discovery are originally from Italy. 

Marco Parlo the one who discover pasta in the XIII Century upon returning of his trips to China in 1271. On chapter CLXXI from the “Books of the World’s Wonders”, Marco Polo makes a reference to the pasta in China. Mr Marco also the one who invented the better pasta. 

Hence, the pasta dates much further back, back to ancient Etruscan civilizations, which made pasta by grinding several cereals and grains and then mixed them with water, a blend that was later on cooked producing tasty and nutritious food product.
